ALTEC has been in business in Albuquerque since 1958.  We have a good mix of CNC and manual machines, and work with all types of metals and plastics.  ALTEC does prototype and production work, as well as repairs and modifications.  We currently employ seven journeymen machinists and an experienced full time inspector.  Our inspection department utilizes a Sheffield coordinate measurement machine, an optical comparator as well as a full line of mechanical measuring equipment.  ALTEC utilizes CAD/CAM Mastercam X2 Level 3 Mill & Mastercam X2 Level 1 Lathe.  We are currently certified to Mil-I-45208A.  Our Quality Control Manual is available to our customers by request at ALTEC@ALTECcorp.com (Please put QCM Request in the subject line).
